Building the leadership self is linked to the future of any facility or organization. Its growth and development depend on the decisions that leaders can take to form, implement and achieve the dreams, ambitions and goals of society, the institution and the organization. Leadership bears new responsibilities and burdens imposed by the successive challenges of change in the era of globalization, the communications revolution and the sovereignty of the Internet, which has begun and will not end. These factors lead to the need to verify the executive leader’s readiness and ability to deal with these challenges of a strategic nature and adapt them to serve the purposes, goals and objectives of the institution and achieve its mission.
